Sims Disappear During Threesomes

When two sims have sex, animations start as expected. If I attempt to start with three or add a sim to two sims who are already having sex, the sims disappear and never reappear. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

It looks like the issue only happens when I add to an animation that is already happening

After the July update, many mods are broken, especially mods with a ts4script file, like some Andirz, Lot51, WickedWhims, MCCC, UIcheats, and Xmlinjector mods. Starting with this last one, update it so you can see if the following ones are broken.

This was happening before the july update.
