Oblivion/Fallout Hairs to Skyrim

So after months of being lazy to touch blender nifskope photoshop and geck/ck.

 

I have decided to stop skyrim for a while.

 

And somehow convert the hairs that i converted to Fallout then add it to skyrim.

 

Whats stopping me?

 

I need a tutorial or guide on how to convert nifs of the following games to skyrim.

 

Any help would much be appreciated.
