what's a way to make physics work for jow of perspective? are there any mods that do it?

i've tried both cbpc and hdt-smp and while they both work in third person neither works with joy of perspective. improved camera doesn't work right because the arms are too high and cover the crosshair when using a bow (not a problem from JoP because i hadn't installed it yet.

i remember this never happening on LE but i can't get it to work there either now.
