Clearing cum from vagina?

Title says it all. I've tried some mod's "clear from cum" feature in the wheel menu, but it clears cum everywhere except the in the vagina. Bathing in Skyrim also doesn't work. Honestly don't know what could be causing this. I do know that I have a vagina texture (I saw it only when sent to jail for some reason) but I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of the vaginal cum.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
