Better Barbershop/CBO crash issue

Can anyone here confirm that BB crashes if you use the "more" option in NPC context menus?

 

I read that this should be due to other mods overwriting mod content. But even at the very last position of my playset, this crashes out. 

Does anyone have BB and CBO working together? Isnt CBO the go to anymore?

 

BB CBO extention is version 1.8, BB is from steam

There was a post in the BB steam workshop page about this crash, you should try remove

"gui/interaction_menu_window.gui" from BB
