Corpse Experiments by AlneySmilefrog? Also I’m looking for a specific mod that I saw before, but forgot the name. It had sim bodies floating in some kind of experiment liquid container/closure. Please feel free to suggest any similar dark mods, but especially the specific one I’m looking for!!

Sacrificial's mods are a no-brainer. Extreme Violence does what it implies, it allows Sims to brutally murder each other using various methods. The mod author plans to include organ harvesting in a future update, which could compliment Corpse Experiments well. Life Tragedies includes kidnapping and more murders. Extreme Violence also got an update to allow Ghosts to steal souls from other Sims. While it's not the most well animated mod (though they've improved over the years), it's a great mod in general for gameplay and more grim storytelling. 

 

Unfortunately, that's about all I know that still functions today. Gore, while understandably so, isn't exactly popular in the Sims modding community.
