My skyrim is randomly CTDing, and I'm confused, due to the fact that I'm not in a performance hungry area — Bannered Mare.

I'm using the latest SKSE and FNIS version (having already patched all my animations with the FNIS).
I have run Boss,TS5Edit and everything is running smoothly, so this is beyond me.

Update: Solved THIS issue, thanks to Judg's suggestion and a new game.

The Bannered Mare is a highly scripted environment in Vanilla Skyrim.

 

These are what I could spot in your load order that would make it more complex:

Radiant prostitution

Lusty Argonian Maid & Sultry Bard

Better Inns

Whiterun enhanced

Towns & Cities Enhanced

Climates of Tamriel - Interiors Warm

Saadia

3DNPC

 

Those Directly affect the Bannered Mare

 

Indirectly:

SOS

COT

UFO

SexLab Framework

 

 

Now the Papyrus Logs are showing spam from a script TrapPoisonGas.psc

 

which contains the phrase:

 

Unable to call UnRegisterforUpdate blah-blah

 

Which usually is because it's a script orphaned in your save file by a mod that is no longer installed.

 

You can try reinstalling that mod,

or place the line ClearInvalidRegistrations=1 in SKSE.INI & wait for 30 days, save and reload.

 

Even that may not clear the error.

judge0 is on to something. TrapPoisonGas and your "PAH" mod are causing a massive amount of error readings. What mod is that PAH_Merchant_Addon.esp for? Also, the Lanterns of Skyrim all in one edition and the BBLuxury_Suite are incompatible, they both alter the same place and therefore are going to give you problems in the Whiterun cell. Also, running the high-res texture packs and the SMIM at the same time can cause some issues, they both alter the same thing and you only need one or the other. Does Whiterun enhanced and Towns and Cities enhanced both alter the Whiterun city at the same time? You might have another compatibility issue, though i haven't used either so they may or may not work together.  

It looks like between this "PAH" based mod and a mod with a lightning ball account for your scripting crashing problems but i would recommend cutting back on a few of those mesh mods that modify the same data, they will cause random crashes as well.

When you throw that many mods that alter the same location, something will break

Okay, I updated my initial post a bit. Hopefully this will aid in solving this issue.

I can suggest to disable your follower mods temparary, and check if the problem is gone. I was CTDing right after the loadscreen in bannered mare very often, and had random crashes inside. Then i disabled the followers and it felt much better after this.
