Skyrim LE CTD when equipping schlong for females

Hi! So I've had skyrim Le for a long time with around 190 plugins active. I have never ever had this problem before with these mods and I have tried literally everything I can think of, but to no avail. 

 

So the issue is that whenever i try to equip a schlong for females from this mod:

I always get CTD, both when I equip it for my main character and for an npc. Mod nr 2 is based of a mod that has HDT SMP files(and I know that they don't play well with Skyrim Le), but I had that mod installed earlier with no problems. But 2 weeks ago, mod organizer(mod organizer 1) just crashed and restarted itself with no mods active and it booted up like the first time you install Mod organizer. And from that moment, I got this problem. I've tried to clean my save files, reinstall the mods and other things, but nothing works. I am completely out of ideas to fix this and I was hoping anyone could help me with this.

 

I have Continue game no crash, load game CTD fix and crash fixes installed, but they do nothing in this matter. My latest crash log says: Game has crashed with exception address 0x611B1710! I do not know what this means and have checked the internet to understand what this means, but cant find it anywhere. I have noted that the last 4 numbers, 1710, may have something to do with a memory issue of sorts and they keep appearing in my crash log several times,  but I'm not sure if it is a memory issue or something else. 

 

Have anyone had any ctds when equipping schlongs for females and can help me with this?
