majordespair Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 hey there. Had a weird thing happen, was on skyrim been using latest version of skse for weeks 1.6.16. I shut down game and my pc for an hour to eat. went back to PC booted steam..it updated. I launched my usual way of running skyrim via wrye skse button, the usual mini black box popped up in corner then vanished, but instead of launching, nothing happens. Tried it via steam and normal .exe and it launches. in my windows process the tesIV exe is running. Also the skse logs says all plugins launched correctly and the skse loader log says launched. tried all the usual check game cache, reinstall skse etc, still same issue have run out of ideas. ok got no quick fixes after few hours on here so ive gone for full re-install of skyrim followed by just skse and it works again...dunno wth was stopping it from booting skyrim fully, hadn't changed a thing to break it edit 2, after some jiggery pokery I found my culprit to stopping skse, its a stortageUtil.save file that was in my skse/plugins folder? anyone know whats it from?
judge0 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 That's most likely the alignment and defaults from Sexlab Framework. When you adjust the actor placement the Framework "remembers" it, and the settings you used in the MCM menu as well. Probably isn't what caused your problem.
majordespair Posted January 12, 2014 Author Posted January 12, 2014 ahh ok...weird that game runs fine when I removed it however...after finally getting it to boot I did notice an odd hdt save however, guess game must have crashed as I shut it down and it produced this hdt error save or something.
