[search] equippable item that triggers hostility from other NPCs (or frenzy)

there are mods that add items that drain a character's life (including NPCs) = the item is equipped -> life of the character goes down. yes, until they die, and I know it's sad.

 

Are there simple items out there that trigger hostility towards the wearer? 

 

I did try the ebony mail on a follower -> crouched and brought them close to another NPC but it didn't trigger hostility/combat.

• It could be something cool like the wearer has frenzy and starts attacking people because he is wearing the item.
• Or, it could be an item that creates damage around the wearer, triggering hostility of nearby NPCs.
• Or, a mod that improves the Ebony Mail to make it so that it reliably triggers hostility when worn by an NPC (and not necessarily sneaking)
• But doesn't have to be. People attacking the wearer because he is wearing some item is fine.

 

What I'm not looking for:

• mods that add crazy enchantments -> you need to enchant etc. I did find this mod but it adds tons of enchantment systems and I'm not really familiar with that https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6285
• mods that add a faction system i.e. hostility based on the armor etc. -> I don't need anything complex like that
