Romance Scene Mods?

I was so disappointed when I finally romanced Shadowheart and the scene cut to black right before they had sex. Are there any mods that add in actual sex scenes to the vanilla romance?

No. Because it is a very complex work that requires remake the entire scene, set the lighting, make the animations, set the actors positions, set cameras, add sounds, create timings for animation changes and camera transitions, add effects(like sweat), adjust dof and fov, etc.

I understand what you're saying and I agree. But until someone comes up with a mod like that, can't any sex animation be integrated into game as video ? There are already people who make such animations, especially BG3 animations. For example, Nyl2 has BG3 animations. You can choose the appropriate animation and play video at the end of date.  And on a well-known animation site, there are 750 vidoes specifically for BG. Since some of these are variations, even if we reduce this number to around 300,we seem to have enough videos.

This would also be good for the animator, as it would increase follower count. If such mods attract attention, this will motivate animators. In this case, it's also possible for interactive versions "pop-up". In other words, making animations piece by piece and playing relevant video when clicking on the "box". Of course, this means making a "template program/mod", Like being able to play videos in game and adding a "scene selector".  But once this "template program/mod is made, BG3 will truly be the game of the century for perverts  

Just that first step is always hard!

You can swap any ingame animations. That's easy-peasy. You can make characters have sex instead of hug just by replacing the animation files. The problems is: 

- actors position. If the characters are not at the same point at the beginning of the scene, they will make love at a distance of each other. Same applies to character posittion around the axis. Some animations shift the character (this is already embedded in the animation file itself).

- camera position. Some cameras are autofocused on characters, some are focusing to given point. And if the characters' positions change, the camera will simply film empty scenery.

- light scene. When characters change position, they may end up outside the lighting zone.

- duration. There may be jerky transitions between animation changes. Since some scenes contain not one long animation, but many small files loaded in a row.

 

About videos: But there will be no character customization in the video. How does the author of the video know what your character looks like?
