[Request] Oblivion Armor mod to Skyrim SE.

I would like to request for porting this mod from Oblivion to Skyrim SE ( https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/35444 ) and have it converted for the CBBE body.

I know there few mentions about this in the forums but so far i haven't find much results except for someone mentioned that they tried to convert it but no results. (they do have the file) 

I really want for this outfit to be in Skyrim SE, but I lack the skill to do it myself, and i will be willing to commission it.
