Looking for mods to build an abandoned, grungy, run down crack house

Pretty much as the title says. Looking for things that add shitty walls, peeling paint, broken appliances, stained or ruined furnishings and so on. And for the decor, I'm looking for things such as empty/broken bottles, used needles, dirty discarded clothing, cobwebs, busted up paintings... things like that.
