Kritical DOS broken chastity

i have two problems that i could use help with:

 

1 - chastity belts don't show up on female sims (they show up on males). i made sure the right bottom type was selected and that there weren't any "no underwear" rules or attributes active but no matter what nothing shows.

 

2 - i had a master try to unlock a chastity belt during a bdsm session and the key disappeared but the sub is still acting like they're wearing the belt. i removed a buff called "locked in chastity" and a trait called "wearing chastity" but the sub is still getting chastity reactions, does anybody know how to fix it?
