FHU not showing up properly

So I've just redownloaded all my mods and gotten everything working in vortex again, but one of my mods, Fill her up, has not being showing the amount multiplier for races on the right hand side of the MCM menu(everything else works fine), i dont know whats causing this as it'll occasionally fix itself, and i can't change my mod load order because i do use vortex and i dont know how

Its not a greatly known mod but... does anyone have a clue to the cause of this??
