You need to beat the game at least twice to unlock it, on normal difficulty and the harder "Tormented" difficulty, so I'd say yes.

Maybe something you might know where from (or not) but I think I saw on patreon that you said it was in the files of the game normally , I wonder if its a left over of the first/ just a model they needed to scan in or if there might have been a scene with her naked at one point (just like the first game) they cut and just left the model in

 

Cut content stuff always facinates me so I wouldn't mind Data miners digging to see if there may have been something like that whenever they get a hold of it
