Issues with SPID and Schlongs of Skyrim

Every time I install Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID)   I get these black squares around the crotch of every male NPC except for the player character.

 

(Yes, I tried starting a new game and I tried disabling everything except for those two mods)

 

Are they incompatible in some way? Or am I doing something wrong?

Don't forget that installing SPID in an already modded game has the potential to "activate" already installed mods that were only partially working. A mod could have SPID configuration files that were dormant until SPID was installed.
