I specifically mentioned severed limbs for a reason, because they're in the game. ESRB ratings usually contain more detailed descriptions on their website, according to the one for Dune Awakening:

honestly played the game so monotonously i prob didnt even notice em (this is how i play most survival games until i get to the fun stuff)

but still the devs may have felt nudity didnt fit the vibe they were going for or was just a waste of time since the game will kill you in 1-2 minutes for not having a covered up body outside from the heat draining your water

Probably, Dune is a little bit more sterile in terms of mature content anyway and they were probably looking to pull in a larger more casual audience. A lot of developers think nudity will drive people away, and it will for some, but most people either don't care or enjoy it. I remember when Conan Exiles came out and all you saw were people talking about the nudity and sharing clips of the dick physics.

dick phys are a big reason i feel like they prob just didnt wanna spend time on developing nudity

I mean... there was hype for this game to some extent. And I mean... this is a video game mod site generally for adult mods... So my expectation is if there is a thread for a game that there has been hype for, where I even considered buying pre-sale because of said hype (and I am so very glad I did not in this instance, and it is a reminder), then the general thoughts maybe shouldn't be around why it's not necessary to have nudity in the game. Who cares.

 

What about mods? What about mods that create nudity in the game? Isn't that like the damn point of nude mods and this site and largely Nexus (besides their BOOM BOOM, I have a BIG gun) violence porn mods? Isn't this an adult mod game forum? I mean what the hell. How about talking about any - AT ALL - characters in the game that I might not know about that might be hot and worth modding?

 

Educate me. Post things. Request things. Not irritatingly like the wankers on those other obnoxious threads that beg for underage shit, but I am trying to just see if this could please get to some sort of "Is this game worth modding anyone to make them nude" and for me then, is it worth purchasing? I would very much appreciate that.

honestly i just find it annoying how many times ive posted about a game and wanting mods for it and someone has to come in and act like a crime was committed for these games to not come stock with nudity

Okay, I get that, and agree! Like people aren't all making games with romance scenes or aspects on their minds. Like Call of Duty vs Dragon Age. But in this day and age with technology we still appreciate those modders willing to provide their skills and time to provide such things to such games. Understood.

 

My question for awhile in general is "Oh where have all the pretty modders gone?" My hope is some of the rudeness and demandingness and entitlement I've seen on some strings here and on other places has not driven off many to like private discord pages. But then it becomes like an Alan Moore situation, the great writer of comics - where what's the point of creating art if you only share it with yourself or a small group of others, out of angst and frustration and a bit of understandable but still sanctimonious attitude? That's only my theory though. Maybe (nude) modders have just declined, retired, and now just do the popular games (which I thought this was one) or easier games.

Ultimately, I have seen a lot of them go to paid. Problem with that though is then, even if one is willing to pay, how do you know when/how to find them? And of course it kills the spirit of this community. On F95 they have the adult AVNs where people post their free mods, and then say "if you wish to contribute, please subscribe to here" and post links. That could easily happen here.

Sorry, absolute random tangent over! Point being, I wholly agree that a) not every mature game requires nudity even if suggested, THOUGH MODS COULD THEN FIX said issues IF IT COULD BE that type of game, like Terminator or Robocop, and b) can we get some nude mods, please?

Anyway, mods are still mods games are moddable, this is Loverslab for nude mods, and we have seen nude mods for Alien games, again Terminator and Robocop games (all three of which I own and have the nude mods for). Star Wars games. We can come up with lists of violent games and countless other games that shouldn't but do have nude mods.

I get there may be some tech reasons why not, but if there is interest these days then it seems modders will come. Or if it is a game with any decent storyline or even a challenge that is of interest to a modder perhaps...

That said, no buying for me until nude mods may come. May they come.

I mean I'm new to this shit and am not so much into the SW geekdom as far as looking at ALL of EVERYTHING all over the place! But I still like Star Wars, Star Trek, and all the outer space stuff and games, and like to see as many nude mods as possible. All of the most recent games of Star Wars have nudity. Great nudity. But (because I do love me Sci-fi and nude characters from them, or whatnot) I got all of the ones I knew that MAY have decent nudity of sorts from what I can tell from, and actually still be decent games. These still get updated.

I usually see such frankly on Nexus. I just keep a permanent subscription of the ~$9 or whatever monthly dollars, and every few days click on my specific search parameters there which is "All Time" & "Date Published" (as default), either "date published" if you prefer the most recent or "downloads" if you prefer the most downloaded," 80 items checked, then the "Show only adult content" box checked. That seems to get me what I would want to see for any of the games I want to see. FWIW.
