Crash a few seconds after character creation

I've been completely reinstalling Skyrim for about two weeks now... and I'm taking the opportunity to upgrade from SE (1.5.97) to AE (1.6.170).

Before installing, I uninstalled the old game and completely deleted all the directories ("atomic option").

For the reinstallation, I'm essentially using the forum guide.

The "basic" features, including things like "new lighting" or "improved textures" (for landscapes or objects), work.

-

Now I've gotten to setting up SexLab and DD... well, and now basically nothing works anymore.

New mods require a new game, aka creating a new character.

-

And here I am, a maximum of 30 seconds after leaving the "race menu"... I see, among other things, the MCM (with mods) being "loaded" in the top left corner of the screen... and then CtD.

-

I've already tried removing some of the previously installed mods - nothing changes... so I made a fundamental mistake in my installation.

But I can't find it... so I installed a "crash logger."

-

But the results don't mean anything to me - that's, as the saying goes, "above my pay grade."

-
I hereby request help from experienced mod users or mod authors in interpreting these results... thank you in advance.

There's a null pointer in form id 0x000400B7 (FormList) used by form id 0x00027D51 (TextureSet) in form id 0x00016EA1 "BloodletThrone01".

Start by inspecting the list in xEdit. Make sure there's no invalid or empty entries: no null references, and no references that can't be resolved.

Thanks... this could have something to do with the "SDA" (Serana Dialogue Addon) mod – there's a reference to the "Crimson Blood" armor – there's a book from Serana's mother in this small fortress.

I'll take a closer look to see if I made an installation error.

Addendum 1:

I've completely uninstalled "SDA" -> no more CtD.

I'll try playing for about an hour now - let's see if the game runs correctly.

Addendum 2:

several characters (including a newly created one) have now played for a total of 1 hour - seems to be stable so I have to work intensively with "SDA"
