iwanttodietwice Posted June 1, 2025 Posted June 1, 2025 (edited) Heya I have this problem where I can't wear/equip certain helmets, I've only discovered three helmets so far, two from The Amazing World of Bikini Armor and Skimpy Unique Armors 7BO CBBE UUNP-HDT Bodyslide, specifically the open and closed dwarven helmet and the old gods helmet. When I try to equip them it makes the equipping sound but the item itself isn't equipped, no rise in armor rating and nothing appears on my character's head. I don't know what cause this but I have my suspicion that it might have something to do with High-Poly Head mod I have installed, but if that's the case then all modded helmets shouldn't be equippable but some do, the steel plate helmet from the bikini mod is equippable and I see nothing wrong with the model (no clipping, etc.). Then again I haven't tested all the helmets and I haven't tested the helmets without High-Poly Head mod. Other than the High-Poly Head, my other suspicion is a hair mod my character's using? It's a HDT hair mod HHairstyles and maybe Devious Devices but that's about it. But I did managed to fix this issue by deleting Cosio, Devious Devices, Sexlabs Aroused and Framework, ZazAnimationPack, Heretical Resources and Immersive Plugs. I probably should've delete those mods one by one to see which one's causing the helmet issue but I'm honestly too lazy to do that. I also installed all of that just so that I can play with Immersive Plugs but I got bored of that so I'm fine not playing with all of those deleted mods. The three helmets that aren't equippable are now equippable. Spoiler Dwarven Open Helmet Dwarven Closed Helmet Helmet of the Old Gods Although in the second image my character's head is clipping out of the helmet, that's probably the High Poly Head mod or maybe it's the helmet itself lol. Oh and I can also wear the Dwarven helmet with the Aetherial Crown which is nice but not the Old Gods helmet, which is fine by me. Edited June 2, 2025 by iwanttodietwice

I managed to almost get it fixed, there's still some clipping on her cheekbones. Spoiler I think I'll edit the open helmet too, just lowering it a bit.
