Ripped & Ported...?

Hi,

 

I have a few questoins about ripped and ported content... like, what's the diference betwen then - if there is any.

 

And... how can I rip/porte stuffs from a mmorpg to oblivion? Like, what programm I must use? Or if there is a game that can't be porte/rip?

 

I asking all that 'cause I really love a mmo called Perfect World but I won't play it again as I lost the faith on all the GM after one "cleaned" my top accont itens - I had almost all the cash itens on the game

 

So I wanna have my stuffs back and I just don't know how to do
