I need a 3d Modeler for a Cobra mod

Hello as the title suggests i am in need of a modeler specifically someone who has experience making animals reptiles mainly for an argonian Cobra head mod, ive been looking everywhere and i cant find anything so if you want to help shoot me a message and dont worry i will be PAYING the person who does this for me! i also have the Design for the head below and im not even really gonna sugarcoat it. i want to have sex with beautiful cobra ladies in skyrim as well as be one myself
