High Heels with Animated Fannies

So, about 1-2 years ago, I wanted to get Animated Fannies to work with High Heels and was trying to find a solution involving slot 33 for CBBE. I found some file on LoversLab. Basically, this converter makes high heels work with Animated Fannies. Here's the file, by the way, and I can't find the author of this mod — I really wanted to find them. I can provide screenshots as proof  CBBE Very Special
