Using the Body Selector for all Sims but when naked, NPC sims have uncolored nipples

I don't know if this is normal or not, but I thought when I use the Body Selector, it gives all Sims my installed body parts like "Eve v9.2". But when they undress the breast are still uncolored unless I also select the Eve option (Or another one I downloaded) under Skin Details in CAS.

So do I still need to do this for every NPC when I see them and that's normal? But what's the selector even doing then?
