The hand and foot equipment cannot be recognized by strip editor

Hello guys I have been having the most strange issue here, my sexlab strip item editor can only see chest armor and etc but handwear and footwear was missing, therefore during animation my pc and npc are always wearing foot armor & hands. anybody know what mod or patch could causing this issue?
