Weird message appearing

So I'm trying to figure out what's causing this notification in the top left corner. If you can't read it it says, Failed Enable Check Safe Keyword count:16 In Check Loc On Update.

 

It just started appearing I don't know what the cause it.

Unfortunately it won't let me download it

Well whatever you did, my server received 10 requests to download it, all successful, and these came from about 5 different IP addresses. The problem is on your side.

The issue was HypnoFixedScripts for Mind control of Skyrim 1.0.2
