Looks like a game that should be modded (hot water ghost). If it was UE, I would have worked on it but I struggle with most Unity games. Quite a few of the Unity modding tools are no longer in development. It's probably still possible but it needs to be popular enough to attract modders and there just aren't that many working on newer Unity games.
