This forum is for classic Skyrim/LE. If you want help from people who can actually test this ENB to verify settings you should consider moving your post to https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/. Aside from that you'll need to provide more information, such as: whether you are using WATER for ENB and its patch for Cabbage ENB as detailed on the Cabbage ENB mod page. whether you are using DYNDOLOD your settings under [WATER] in Skyrim.ini. If you are using the recommended WATER mod, check your load order to verify that something isn't overwriting its LOD: A very apparent seam can been seen between the high-detail water and LOD water.
