I have Cabbage ENB and have this weird water reflections that I want to get rid of:
Disabling "DisableDistantReflection" does get rid of it, but the water looks really bad

Cabbage ENB is for SE.  This forum is for classic Skyrim/LE.  If you want help from people who can actually test this ENB to verify settings you should consider moving your post to https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/.

Aside from that you'll need to provide more information, such as:

  • whether you are using WATER for ENB and its patch for Cabbage ENB as detailed on the Cabbage ENB mod page.
  • whether you are using DYNDOLOD
  • your settings under [WATER] in Skyrim.ini.
  • If you are using the recommended WATER mod, check your load order to verify that something isn't overwriting its LOD:

A very apparent seam can been seen between the high-detail water and LOD water.
If your distant water looks something like this (images courtesy of Alexanderman95😞
