Yes, you can.

 

Download the mod, extract it , If applicable, reshape in Bodyslide , following the indicated path, take the nif

In Skyrim\Data\meshes, create the folder clothes , inside it, create another named one  prisoner , take the nifs copied previously and paste them inside this last folder .

Rename the nifs respectively prisonerclothes_f_0.nif and prisonerclothes_f_1.nif . All female prisoners will wear the dress you choose.
