Are there any "exposed" mods?

My personal preference is to see girls not completely nude, but rather partially clothed with their "naughty bits" exposed.

 

Are there any such mods for DOA5 with girls in their original "exposed" costumes?

Dude, I read your question/statement, and I was like, did "I" write this?? Because......same. I'd rather see a half-cup bra than bare breasts. I'd rather see stockings and garter framing the promised land than just plain nude. Over on the Soul Calibur VI side, it's sooooo easy to mod. You find an interesting outfit, then take away the pesky bits that are in the way in the regular character modding screen, or using Vodkalibur. With DOA5LR, we have to depend upon kind and sharing, hard working modders to do that sort of work for us in a much more manual manner. There are tons of mods like you're talking about for DOA5LR on DeviantArt, but their search engine sucks SO bad that it's hard to find them. But right here where  you posted, there are several pages with lots of downloads that go in the direction you and I like.
