Lorerim X Loverslab?

Was wondering if anyone has tried to slip Sexlab mods into Lorerim yet.

Successes? Failures?

It's a massive mod list as is and I know stuff is going to clash or go wrong, but I'm genuinely curious given how difficult and harsh Lorerim can be, combined with defeat and similar mods it would get very interesting.

successful. and even stable dare i say. the modlist itself is very stable. you gotta tinker with xedit to adjust or change the skeleton of NPCs so match your SLAL animation .
thats only tricky part.  throw TNG, and Nudebody (included in latest verison. undie version though) Sexlab. it just works

and defeat part . go MCM and click uninstall respawnsoulslike mod (dont disable in MO2) and install your favorite defeat mod.

Cool! I'll have to play around with it some then. The hard bit for me will be the xedit as i've not really played with it at all XD

With Billy's SLAL I've run into minimal issues with alignment, even without touching xEdit at all.

I'd still suggest looking into xEdit as it'll help you a lot down the line and/or if you want to install other SLAL's, but if you want to run Billy's- it's pretty plug n play as long as you update and launch Nemesis.
