unable to determine crash on boot cause

i get that  but i cant work out what is missing

Your mod manager will answer the first question, and for the second one you'll just have to go through every mod with a dll and make sure it was made for and tested on 1.6.1170.0.

That one was caused by a null pointer in bac.esp. Form id 0x2000EA6E "bac_blacksmith" of type Quest tried to use reference form id 0x20010589, but it wasn't populated.
