Help finding brothel mod

Years ago, I found a great little mod that had a small brothel / prison type place accessed by a trapdoor by the ruined house on the road outside of whiterun. It had a feature where you could attack the owners and take the place for yourself. I remember it having named NPCs and was basically a prison with a bunch of cells. If anyone knows what this mod was, please share! It was one of those small but awesome ones that always worked. If I remember right, it was implied through dialogue that the place was supposed to be a secret.
