Looking for a mod that can be used to initiate player (male) - female - female animations as a werewolf.

I want to use some of Anub's werewolf threesome animations while playing as a Werewolf but I'm having trouble finding a mod for it. SexLab Werewolves Redux doesn't fit the bill because it can only be used for 1 on 1 animations and I can't figure out how to get Scent of Sex to recognize the player as a creature race or if that's even possible. Google and sexlab forum search come up with zip other than this unanswered post from 2018 that basically asks the exact same thing:
