Is there a mod that allows a playable sim to be the boss of another playable sim?

So basically wanting to play a save with a female sim who is the secretary of a male CEO or whatever, and they have a normal professional relationship apart from the times he takes her over the desk. 

 

I guess I could set up a business (I do have the new EP) as some office with him as the boss and make her an employee - I don't want them to be part of the same household but I think that could work? 

 

Are there any mods that could more depth to this? Or even aspirations?
