Ghosts on Lots?

Just wondering if anyone knew if there was a mod out there that allowed you to assign ghosts to non-residential lots (such as how Bernanrd and Mimsy are at the Von Haunt Estate)?  I've created a number of random ghosts to help fill out a new save file, and come up with a little backstory for each of them with a couple of them having died on a non-residential lot (such as a lifeguard at a beach on Sulani) and I was just wondering if they could be moved into lots that weren't set up for living Sims.

I think all you need to do is have a character place the urn in their inventory then go to the lot you wish to have the ghost on and place it on that lot. Then the ghost will haunt the area as per the standard gravestone on a lot.
