Can't find the setting to switch to the next animation

I can't find in the setting where to change the key for switching animation during sex scene. It was Q the F before and now i can't modify it.
Please help

Stopped working after Microsoft updated Windows around February / March. It always was experimental but its a bummer that it no longer works. Turbo's posted about it on these forums.
