For those who have Vile Ventures and KW. How does it run for you?

Ive been dabbling with Kinky World and Vile ventures and i keep getting problemseven with every other mod and cc taken out. I keep getting the endless processing screen when i put down a new household and than it gets super buggy. Has anyone been able to work it out?

It doesn't. I find that not many mods gel with KW at all (like stronger Supernaturals). KW has drugs in it as well as drug dealing, so if that is what you like, KW has it already in that sense. I don't know VV or KW well enough to see where and how they clash precisely.
