I think it would be cool to play this game with a naked woman, just to relieve stress and relax. The game is available for sale for a few cents, so even the poorest regions of our planet will be able to afford it and a legal copy.    https://gg.deals/game/evil-west/

Also missing is changing the voice to female and doing something about the cutscenes, removing them completely or changing them in some way to be with a female character.
