I am no modder.  I don't have the time, patience or know how to create such high quality mods as I have seen for the three games I have played with mods.  That said, I hope this post grabs the attention of some modder that is looking for the next project to start on.  

 

I know that Starfield (SF) hasn't been around as long as Fallout 4 (FO4), but there is a mod for FO4 that I really enjoy.  It's called Family Planning.  Basically it adds the consequences of having sex with options such as pregnancies and possible diseases.  That along with another mod I enjoy in FO4 that allows NPCs to randomly have sex with each other.  I forget the name of it, but it includes the word Autonomous in it.  Now in SF, NPCs wouldn't just randomly go for it in the middle of the street in view of the public like they do in FO4; unless, the local planetary culture allows for it.  However, I am more interested in seeing NPCs with children, either born or still being carried.  I think it would make SF a lot more immersive.  And, if the player has sex with some random NPC or even a companion, there should be a chance of consequences.  Might even be a beginning trait that someone could choose "Parenthood".  Allow something like a bonus to pursuasion checks, but children are expensive to raise.
