Naked body is different in game from the bodyslide preset

Hi, I am returning to Skyrim after a long time, so I am a bit out of touch. I have managed to make my game pretty stable and gorgeous with Nolvus v6 and SL related mods installed after quite same trial and error.
The main issue I am facing now is that my character body seems to different from the one I created in bodyslide studio only when my character is naked, however it seems to be fine when the armor/clothing is equipped. One thing I would also like to mention is that when I load different preset, each preset alters the body shape. I tested this with and without racemenu skin selector, both have the same outcome.
I am using UBE and preset mostly by [LRO].

Since your game is obviously SE you should have posted this in https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/.  You're more likely to receive helpful information by posting there since this forum is for Classic Skyrim/LE.  You can ask a moderator to move this thread to that forum by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your first post and report it, then explain that you would like it moved to a more appropriate forum.
