I would like to know which mode the highlighted part is from as it seems that not all parts are there and/or they are not working for some reason.
Marking F5 and F9 ... is wrong. But I don't know what causes the lack.

Since I looked through the lists and I think I have everything... I have no other idea than that... someone can see and know the right answer immediately.

You're missing the translation files for RaceMenu. These are in the RaceMenu.bsa file.

 

Supported languages:

Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish.

 

I would assume it would default to one of those, most likely English, if the language you're using is not directly supported; but I don't know if it actually does that.
