I need help with Lovers with PK rev91 AIO 2.7

Hey everybody. Ever since I installed this mod, I've had a bunch of problems. I solved many of them, but I still have one huge problem with Hiyoko Generator. Whenever I start the game, A message from Hiyoko Generator pops up that says something about creating a name base. When I click OK, another popup shows up that says that the name database is complete and "this step will not be necessary in the future." Then, after a few seconds, the same message appears again and again and again. What is wrong, and how do I fix it?

 

P.S. Is it wrong not to use BOSS or Wyre Bash to install this mod? I tried installing Wyre Bash and BOSS before, but I had to reinstall the whole game and they didnt even work. I just installed this mod with OBMM. My current load order in OBMM is:

Thanks for the answer, but I just installed Hiyoko again and shuffled my load order a little, and now it works like a charm!
