Looking for a legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom mod

I saw this video a couple of days ago and while I went searching for this particular mod, I couldn't find a combo where she's wearing a blue t-shirt and blue panties, does anyone know anything about this mod?

Looks like tears of ecstasy.  It's not available for download, these gifs are probably advertisements to their patreon.  The other thread seemed to suggest the mod would never get released and honestly I get ksp2 vibes from it myself

The mod is being made by Studio Shigeki and is currently private.

looks like it could be a sockpoppet mod. saw very similar stuff to this for breath of the wild on game banana. apparently they are working on a playable Zelda character mod for tears of the kingdom.
