How could I convert this "Hg feet and toes fix" for SE?

SSE NIF Optimizer  with this .

 

Download the mod and unzip . launch SSENifOptimizer,  set it as in screen , click on browse , import folder of the mod , click on optimize , Will be so converted for SE
