I keep floating in the air during sex scenes?

You know how when you talk to Meridia after grabbing ahold of her beacon and she lifts you like a bajillion miles into the air? Well any time I try to have any sex animations whatsoever, I float up into the air just like that, a broken animation plays out (usually with them facing the wrong way) and then when the animation ends, I plummet to the ground and die. which is insane and I have no idea why.

Possibly related mods: Creature Framework, Devious Devices, Interesting NPC, Interesting NPC SexLab, More Nasty Critters, Sex Lab, SL Aroused, SL Aroused Creatures, SL Eager NPCs, SL Defeat, SLAL, and Billy Animations.  I use Vortex, so it does all the load ordering for me.
