Blue Screen off Death. Without a crash report

So my game crashes all the goshdarn time. Now I got it to a point where it crashed only in build mode. Though nowadays it crashes sometimes when just booting up the system.

I get know that it has to do something with mods.

But which mods i am not sure.

And as i got so many mods i do not want to do the 50/50 method.

Save to say I have a couple of guesses.

1. kritical for the build buy crashes.

2. maybe wicked whims or some animation for it. As i once had a really bare bones mod folder and it still crashed at that time without having kritical installed.

Ergo: I am confused.

Is it my pc? it doesn't seem to overheat. Or use that much cpu.

The error message that should i even get the chance to read it says there is a mistake. And as it doesn't happen with any other games I am sure it has to do with sims4 and something not loading correctly and therefore crashing the game.

But i can't for the life of me figure out what it could be.

Did anyone experience something similiar? And if you did. Did you solve it in the end?

Crashes when booting the PC can have many reasons, Sims mods are not among them in my experience :)

... I heard PCs can crash if memory is faulty, but haven't had that.

... I had random crashes after changing a motherboard BIOS setting to "power save" on my i7, and crashes on an older system after I had to swap the power supply and the new one couldn't provide power reliably.

If you "only" crash when starting the Sims, it's hard to figure out which mods cause the problem. Maybe try if your Sims game runs well without mods; if it crashes you might want to run hardware tests or maybe just check all the cables. Maybe take out and put back in your memory and graphics card (to make sure they're not loose).

If your sims game runs okay without any mods, start adding mods and checking the game until you get it to crash again. (Annoying work yes, and I know you specifically want to avoid having to try out all mods, but I know of no simpler way to repair a crashy sims than moving out a bunch of suspicious files then testing the game.)

On my PC Wicked Whims runs well, I just get a bunch of error popups from MC if I vacation in that Jungle place (Selvadora?).

I got rid of Kritikal items after having some stability issues.

Possibly you could try MC https://deaderpool-mccc.com - it has error detection and logs errors, not sure if it helps identify the faulty mod though.

Try checking Event Viewer for some clues on what might be happening.

You can just type "event viewer" in the search bar on the taskbar.

If something happened, it's usually recorded there and can at least point you in a general direction. For example, I was experiencing some weirdness with games just flickering for a bit. Opened up event viewer, found there was an error, googled the error, found a post saying you should do the 'sfc /scannow" thing in cmd prompt. Did that and haven't had issues since. Some files were apparently corrupt and the scan fixed them.
