Help with Lip Sync(Meridia NPC)

So guys im trying to make a Mod that makes replaces Meridia's Ball of light clothes for her Original Look from the Daggerfall and onward, because i still think that she by the time of skyrim was powerful to be in a BALL OF INFINITE ENERGY mode, now that she retrieved back the other half her powers after umaril was defeated by Sheogorath of Cyrodiil in Knights of the Nine

 

 

 

 

 

 

the only problem is that her lips doesn't move with her normal dialogue, and also im trying to make her float while she's moving but idk how to do this

 

does someone know how to fix this?

well, she talks and she has even emotion anims, but her lips doesn't move for shit
