Can't cheat drug selling skills?

I don't know when it happened, but I recently tried to create an experienced drug dealer for story purposes, and tried to cheat up some drug dealing skills in MCCC, and they don't show up on the list anymore. Anyone know when/why this happened?

Yes. They've been removed from MCCC. The reason is because cheating those skills breaks them; they won't work properly if you don't level them up sequentially. IIRC "Rolling" is the only Basemental skill that doesn't break if you cheat it, so it's been left in MCCC.
