Cant get rid of Naturism / Undressing Skill

At some point I had my sim in the Onzen, but ended up being able to talk with / do next to nothing because they were forced to wear clothing because of the location (for some reason), and constantly stopped whatever it is I told them to do to undress and be in schock of having had clothes on (the name of the action being something like 'eeww, what am I wearing'). Only for 1 sec later all the clothes to be back on them.

Is there any way to remove the Naturism skill? Because unlike other skills, setting it to 0 does not unlearn / remove it.
